That was a fantastic podcast and yes, you could easily be on Food Network or Fine Living, Bravo! What kind of camera do you use? My hubby and I are working on a show for local access called The Geek and The Gourmet and we use their Sony DVcams, but are looking to buy something new in the near future. Good luck to you.
