Dear Joy,

I don't know how else to contact you (or someone who works for you) but I am trying to find some specialist cupcake/patisserie cases, and I thought who better to ask...than you.

With your infinite-baking knowledge, I was wondering if you had ever come across some continental looking cake cases.....I need to send you a picture of them really, as I can't describe them.

I know you're supremely busy, but perhaps if you get a spare moment, you might be able to point me in the right direction....?

I hope to hear from you, Victoria (UK)

If I were to use yogurt instead of ricotta (lactose intollerant!), would I still need to mix it with 1/4 c. milk? I assume I'd just substitute it 1 for 1 and use 8 ounces? Thanks!

I missed out on these earlier on, but I know they'd be perfect at any time of the year. I love the bright happy colors. I haven't had as much luck with egg-white based frostings, but yours looks creamy and rich, just how it should be. :D

Hope you liked the adult version of the egg hunt yesterday, Joy. And the extra prize of a package of Peeps for the one who found the most eggs--you! :-)
We loved the cupcakes, Joy, and look forward to enjoying more delights from our niece any time! Thank you for bringing them to the celebration.
Love, Aunt Judy and Uncle Dan

I just discovered your blog from another site and am ever-so-glad I did! After reading through a few of your posts, I am delighted to have stumbled upon it and am now craving baked goods! Fortunately, I have both a lemon meringue and blueberry pie sitting on my kitchen counter as I type, so I won't be hungry (or craving) for long!

Yesterday, my youngest discovered the joys of "silent" Easter eggs for the first time, so it was fun to read about your experience with them as well. The surprised reaction of seeing money come out of an egg, rather than jelly beans or candy, was priceless!
