Joy — I love your site. Love your cheery personality, always bubbly and positive. And your recipes are fantastic!

But this recipe…uh…looks rather disgusting (to be blunt). Jello? Sprite? Marshmallows? Cream Cheese?

Overly sweet. Overly processed. Overly chemical/fake.

Joy – one of your resolutions was to bake healthier, more tasteful foods. What happened?
