I was just wondering how did you get them to be so perfectly circular my cookies had a more "rustic" feeling to them i.e. they weren't well shaped. Did you mold them? pat them down? Thanks! Em. Gee. Joy, I just finished baking these and they are amazing! So soft and moist and delicious! The crispy edges are my favourite part and the filling was awesome. I really underestimated how much would spread out but luckily I left enough room in between. It made six full large cookies and four smaller ones. My family absolutely loved them.
