They go so quickly in my house that we often have to make another run to the store during the week just for bananas, and there's only three of us. So all these banana recipes, they mock me...they look delicious and I want to bake them and smell them and eat them... but the perfectly ripe and ready for consumption bananas in our fruit bowl stare back and mock me... until of course they are gone within a few days, if not hours and then we have to buy more bananas that will never have the chance to aspire to become bread, or cupcakes, or cookies.
