Wish i had found this recipe last week when i was making mango sorbet. i ended up making mango-pineapple sorbet with some lime. in retrospect, i would have left out the pineapple and added more lime. thanks for the mango tips.

This looks delicious, and I happen to have both mango and lime on hand. The one thing I don't have, though, is an ice cream maker. Is there any way to make this without one?

Thanks, and keep up the great blogging!

That's it. My birthday is coming up, and an ice cream maker is officially on the wish list! All your ice cream recipes just look too good not to try!

Hi-
This looks and sounds fabulous!!! I live in Southern FL, so we are cooking at the same temperature, just 1000 miles apart. I also like your statement "made with love". I have used that same motto on all of my creations through the years- (shaving cream, soap, lotions, candles, cookies, cobblers etc...)I think this is a good metaphor for life. They say- do what you love and the money will follow. Also, anything made with love is just energetically better for us anyways! I see you are doing something you love, you are doing it well, it is contributing to the beauty and greater good of the Earth. GREAT! We need to be a part of an evolution in this world. Thank you for being part of the solution, and not part of the problem. Keep the good ideas coming forth!!!

I like to make this with rum, but I'm sure tequila would work quite nicely too!
