I tell ya one thing, if you ever want to find out if you have a cut on your hand, just dice up those tomatoes in the recipe. It was burning so badly by the time I was finished chopping them. I had to use egg roll wrappers b/c I couldn't find the won ton ones. I guess it was okay, I wound up making them bigger but the wrapper itself was too thin to hold the filling so some of them busted open in the oil. Overall it was excellent! Thanks again Joy! It was probably the best guacamole I have ever had! I used 4 avocados and the rest of the recipe basically stayed the same. I just have one question. Why did the guacamole turn a dark brownish green over night? Was it the acidity in it? Or do Avocados turn brown like a potatoe would?? Thanks for the delicious and easy recipe. :) Thank you!
