I HEART this store, and I really enjoyed your write up!!! I live relatively close to Surfas (which could be a really good…or really bad thing — ouch to my wallet), and it has become a very important part of my weekend routine. First, a latte and banana canele from the cafe to fuel me up and then the browsing/shopping begins. Thank you for sharing!

Joy, thank you so much for introducing me to this store! I’ve been looking everywhere for a good place to buy some baking supplies, and now thanks to you I have new pans, parchment paper, dishers, and even some vanilla beans. The best part is that it was all so reasonably priced… but the second best part is that I paid for the cheapest shipping possible and it still got to my house in two days. Thank you for this blog.

How are you? I have a question, I hope you could answer me or help me out. I am looking for a cleaver, since my husband fishes a lot. I thought it might help me with cleaning the fish etc. So, I don’t know if you have one or use one, but since you love to cook and bake, I would love to know your opinion. I have been researching for over 2 months now. My birthday is next week and I just wanted something useful. So, I hope you can help me out here. I LOVE Surfas too! I just went there with my husband this last week and we ate lunch too and bought a TON of stuff! I got the exact salad you got and last time I had lemon lavender bars too…both amazing!!!! We also had the BEST blue cheese burger there! My husband said it was the best thing he has ever tasted! Well, enough about my trip…great post!
