Just made this for breakfast this morning (yes, it’s morning here in Indonesia!) Delicious! Too bad I can’t get polenta here in town – have to go all the way to Bali to get it, so that means I won’t be making this as much as I’d like. It will sure be a treat, though!

Coming from an Italian family, we ate polenta with tomato sauce and it
was wonderful. My son had sweet polenta in Italy, ao I will definitely have to try your recipe/

I just got around to making this and ohmygoodness it is the best polenta I have ever had. So perfect for a lazy breakfast. Doesn’t look like there will be much luck with the fried polenta follow-up…the cold pan of sweet polenta is just as good as the hot mush. Which is to say, it is all gone. Thanks!
