My Mom and I share Feb. birthdays. She's a great cook and I bake so we take the kitchen in turns. I made this for our birthday dinner this year and she loved it so much after one bite, she said, "You're leaving the leftovers with me, right?" Then she called me the next day and asked for another one to take up to my grandmother and "her pals" so I whipped up another and when I delivered it tonight, she said, "I need one for a baby shower on Saturday, okay?"
