I made these today, made no exceptions did exactly as instructed. with butter & syrup they are good, but I tried one plain and I really could barely taste any spice! Next time I will definitely use more spices but thank you for the perfect base! They formed and cooked perfectly!

OMG!!! These are so good. I have been drooling over your site for the past couple of months and I am so happy that I finally got off my tush to make something from your site. I made these pancakes for dinner one night, along with some turkey sausage patties I cooked in my cast iron skillet. It was delicious!! What a great idea for pancakes
