These are just great! question though- did you chop your cherries or just put them in whole. I did mine whole and feel like a couple cookies got jipped of the cherries. but they are still wonderful!

Going to make these oatmeal cookies this weekend but wanted to ask if I can freeze the cookie dough? Love baking but never manage to finish everything so very interested in recipes I can freeze. Any suggestions?

Sometimes starting simple really is best! Of course the addition of dried cherries and white chocolate transforms the simple into sophisticated with ease.

Thanks for such a great recipe. I love oatmeal cookies and am always on the lookout for great oatmeal cookie variations.

Thank you so much for posting this wonderful recipe! Made these about a week ago… right now we have a friend of ours living with us while he finds an apartment and a good job. He said they were phenomenal.

The best part? He cooks for a living.

(And it’s even better because I can now bribe him into making me his awesome fennel mashed potatoes. So once again… thank you very, very much!)
