I had totally forgotten about these! I made them when I had nothing else and was craving SWEET! I love these. So easy and you can’t mess them up.

I personally have not tried these cookies, as I have an aversion to all things peanut butter. However, a friend of mine requested peanut butter cookies when he left for college so I obliged him, by making this easy recipe for the first time. He ate over two dozen in three days.
And within ten minutes of finishing them off, he texted me saying that he needed more ASAP.

Needless to say, these cookies are good.
My mother even sampled some even though she’s not a fan of peanut butter cookies either. She still loved them them and managed to consume about five before I shipped them off to my friend.

However, the recipe I used didn’t call for baking soda, and instead called for vanilla. (I believe it was also a teaspoon)

These cookies rule.
As an added bonus, all of my friends new college friends (who happen to be male) are requesting that I send some to them.
Thank you peanut buttery goodness.
