I can understand getting an aversion to something you love. I am a classical musician. Often I will choose to learn a piece because I am completely enamored with it, but then after many hours of practice, can’t stand it any more. I even get that way with my instrument. Practicing becomes a chore, rather than my passion. After a break, the love returns.
