this past weekend was my fall "girl's weekend" wine tasting/pumpking carving/eating good food - I made lots of fall themed stuff (pumpkin seed salad, harvest potato bake, pumpkin cheesecake bars, etc, etc) and to top it off I made your vegan chocolate cake (as cupcakes) and made the avocado frosting! My friends weren't in love with the frosting but they loved the cupcakes, they were super moist! thanks for always sharing deliciously creative ideas that I would never think of :)

Joy, I love the Spooky treats and ideas. I am definately going to have to try the pudding, love a good homemade pudding or parfait. I just pulled some fudgy butterscotch brownies out of the oven and can't wait to sink my "fangs" into them.

Thanks for always keeping things fresh, I know when I am down and can't make my baking hands work, I will log onto the blog and get inspired again to go and do what I love!

Nothing too sinister for me this weekend, (recovering from a head cold and a great-niece turns one tomorrow) but on Monday I'm making a giant peanut butter cup cookie as a birthday present for a co-worker's man. =) I need to try that butterscotch pudding, though!
