Hey Joy, looks like Dad and I missed out being away when you were making the waffles and bacon at our house. They sure did look delicious. Dad got a little teary-eyed reading your blog and remarks about the sweet potato pie. I can sure vouch for you on the process he took to finally get this great recipe.
