		<description>Hey Joy!

I'm Australian and down here we're all metric baby! But! I'm such a nice person I thought I'd do you a favour and list the ingredients for the &lt;a href="http://buttersugarflour.com/2008/02/03/caramel-honey-pecan-slice/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Caramel Honey Pecan Slice&lt;/a&gt; in your usual American language :)

10.5 oz plain flour
3.5 oz brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
6.3 oz cold unsalted butter, diced

Topping
3.5 oz unsalted butter
7 oz brown sugar
3 big tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of cream
¼ teaspoon salt
8.8 oz pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

I'm pretty sure our teaspoon measurements are the same, but I know that in America, one tablespoon equals 3 teaspoons whereas down here in Oz, one tablespoon equals 4 teaspoons. Go figure! I calculated all the measurements in ounces (ahh I'm still freaking out! Bring back metric!) so I hope that helps. I just love online converters!

Happy baking!
