I think I meandered here from Parent Hacks- one of my regular stomping grounds. I've been reading forwards and then backwards from the ice cream cupcakes ever since. I just got stuck here at the gorgeous, fabulous, amazing color of this ice cream. My favorite organic farmer will have U-Pick blueberries in another few weeks and I know exactly how we'll celebrate.

I'll be back!

I made this tonight and it was awesome! I didn't use the fudge though. I actually ended up putting some on these cookies. YUM!
This was my first time making ice cream from scratch. Delicious! Thanks.

The color of the ice cream is phenomenal! Love blueberries and I've got all the ingredients in my fridge, so guess what I'll be making this week! ;-)

I just tried this recipe and it is amazingly good. The blueberry and lime give it an almost floral taste. It's great without the hot fudge, but with the fudge it is sheer delight!

All of your comments are hilarious! I know the combination of blueberry and chocolate sounds totally weird. I want to hear about the first person brave enough to try it! :)
Food Rockz Man- Nice to see you around these parts again! My sister's name is not Willow, it's Lauren. And while she is both lovely and amazing, I'm afraid she's probably not your long lost Willow friend. Have a good day! See you around!

I can't find the words to express the awesomeness that is this dish and these photos. Week after week, you rockz! And I adore you from afar! And, I've been meaning to ask you for a few weeks now after seeing some photos on your blog from your Disney trip . . . your sister's name isn't Willow, by chance, is it? She looks a great deal like a West coast friend of mine who I haven't seen in about a decade . . . so I had to ask. Have a great weekend.
