		<description>I totally agree! Box Graters rule. I have an incredible food processor but it involves so much washing up afterwards, the box grater is so simple and unfancy and has a fine and coarse side too.

Hence the grater adapter I received for Christmas 2  years ago for my Kitchenaid mixer which is my new best friend. I still make him grate the cheese! :) 

I love the butter idea - GENIUS!!!</description>
